Katrina recovery projects.








Jim and Jean have returned from their week in Biloxi, Mississippi, working on United Methodist Katrina Recovery projects with Santa Rosa First United Methodist Church. Besides Santa Rosa, other team members were from Methodist churches in Grass Valley, Modesto, Novato, Sebastopol, and Sonoma.

"There are more than 40 team members going to Biloxi," Jim said. "Some will stay for two weeks, others for one week. We will be there for one week. Housing and meals will be at Camp Seashore, a UMC facility.

"Our VIM team made a generous donation toward our expenses.

"Pictures and messages will be posted on the Santa Rosa First United Methodist Church website. We intend to post pictures there as well."
